I think it's more a combination of posts and the length of time you've been here. Someone who got here this year but has 1000 posts is not a vet, they're a regular, but someone who's been here since 2003 but only has like 700 posts or something could still be classed as a vet.

You would obviously be classed as a vet if that's what your asking.

Ive got nearly 3000 posts and ive been here over a year, id say im a Vet but if it's peeps who joined in 2003 then i guess im not haha..
