What are the best brand of papers. I dont smoke joints much but i do want to start. Any suggestions?

Just look at this forum, it says SKINS. Read it, and you may find some....

it's all based on the matter of opinion so make your own mind up - experiment, find out what is meant by the word 'shit' in the term of skins and what is meant by 'mint'.
