but I walked into a tobacco shop and they got pure hemp rollies sitting there on the shelf... man if I was of age I'd have bought them just for the logo on the front, it looked trippy as fuck, but I don't think they'd affect you coz they're proccessed but anyway I guess I was wrong about them being banned oh well bugger it

Just because something is made from hemp it doesn't mean it comes from the green. Hemp is just a term for what you get from plants like cannabis which have that stringy structure to them which you can make thread etc. from easily.

nah hemp is the term for male weed , that of which u cant really smoke n wont get u high. but it is also grown to make rope and thread n other shit. it makes better string than ganj!

AS far as I know in Canada and the Us it is illegal for minors to buy them. Same as pipes and bongs. It is material used to smoke tobacco, and therefore illegal for minors
