Thin or FAT?

The very first bong I bought was about a half a foot high and extremely thin. On my first hit from it, I was not fucking expecting it to shoot up so fast as soon as i let go off the rush. It shoots up at fucking lightning speed and hits you nicely. I've only used fatter bongs since then though and i don't feel they hit me as much as the slim bong. Anyone else prefer the slimmer hit?

I like to mix it up a bit, variety is the spice of life but I agree the slim ones do shock you first time
