Heres a few ideas, add some on if you can

- Put glue in the bong instead of water and don't tell them. Laugh and mock them when they cant suck it through.

- Steal their lighter. When they ask you for a light shout at them telling them they have their own. Then use their lighter in front of them a few minutes later.

- Drop chewing gum in the bong.

- Keep asking them if they are stoned. When they finally say 'yes' take the joint from them and tell them they have had to much.

- Put the joint in your ear and scream 'ITS FUCKING EATING ME'

or, just call their mum and pretend it's them and ask to be picked up from wherever you are. When their mum comes...

Or just pretend to call their mum and tell her to come pick up her kid, who's too stoned to get home.
