Is it bad to smoke stems?

id assume not, you can make tea from them, id assume thc particles rubbed off on them so you could maybe get high but who am i to say

Ive smoked em when i was out of bud and couldnt get more for some reason cut em up and put them in my bowl

You can smoke stems, but they are liable to giving you a headache. You can also make tea of other food stuffs with them.

Some THC is found on the stem, and more rubs off when you have your stash in those cute little baggies.

Personally I wouldn't reccomend smoking them, they don't burn well, and the inside of the stem has no real worth in smoking. If rolling; stems can often cause tears in your paper, leaving you with an unsmokable joint.

Best thing to do is either save a bunch up for some tea, or slowly masticate a big stem and spit it once you feel it start to get stringy.

Hmm...I only ever smoke stems when I HAVE to get stoned for some reason and i have no bud left. However I also chew stems whilst rolling because IMO they taste nice.

What about seeds. Are they bad to smoke?

ive smoked stems befor just because i am dumb but they didnt give me a headache but usually when im rolling i just put em in my mouth and eat them bc. i dont want rips in my papers the one day though i ate a whole bunch of stems and seeds and my stomach got all tingley it was really weird!
i dont think its bad for you to smoke seeds but it sucks bc when the flame or what ever cherry hits em they pop n its scares the fuck outta of you and once i got burnt smokin a bowl bc some 1 left a seed in it ... i was like damn you!!!

Ofcourse not. I smoke my weed with the stems in it and nothing happens. Only the nice high of course. the seeds are what fucks your head really bad when you smoke them.

another thing.... if you smoke regular cigs, that'll also increase your headache.

I usually cut them up w/ the rest of my bud. If there's ALOT, then I'll only use some..but I jus figure why not destroy all of the evidence. I don't get headaches from it.

i smoked stems once, but i was high at the time and to tell the truth i cant remember if they worked or not. i heard it was stems that give you infertility and seeds that give you headaches...
