decriminilization is what we want. we dont want it to be legal cause then our 2 year old daughters can ask us what were doing and we'll say "smoking weed" and when she asks for some she is legally allowed to, so i say restrict it to 18 year olds and over.

Yeah simer it down a bit ladies.
I've seen plenty of little kids around smoking dope, cigs and drinking so I don't see that it really makes alot of difference if its legal or not. Personally I think its fine as a class C, if you get caught it only gets confiscated and nothing much happens (unless your dealing) but the government are too scared to legalise it so they can't put silly sky high taxes on it like the clearly would love to.

The government wont legalize it cos they wouldnt be able to put stupid high taxes on it!! I mean its not exactly easy to grow your own tobacco in your house or to make your own alcohol. well okay so u can make ya own booze but everythin you need to make it is slapped with VAT! But weed?? VAT on a pack of seeds once and guess what you sorted you can grow from then on in with no need for repurchase seeds as your plant provides!!

I see some of us get a bit high rate over this subject!!, but lets face it it will never happen. why should it like the people say our goverament will loose votes if they try to and thats no good for blair. Anyway why bother 3.2million people in the uk smoke it any way what difference will it make to leagalize it. (yea I know spelling is crap but you get the point) the march will open peoples eye on how mant smoke it but I`m affraid it wont make the drug any less than class C.

Tony Blair is out no matter what so he should canvass the pro stoner vote (it would definitely increase voter turnout and decrease apathy! Anyhow I hate Labour to begin with.
