Best way to get papers..?

im sick of rolling joints in wrapper for straws, takes awhile, so i need to order papers... however, im underage and im wondering the best way to get papers in america..?

first of all... why the hell would you ever use a straw wrapper for a rolling paper.. thats the same paper that you write on.. its TOXIC TO SMOKE.

anyway...

if you look like your 16 - 17 you can just stand around a gas station and when you see a cool lookin guy like a teenager or some guy that looks like hes a cool guy, just ask him if he can get them for you. give him a little extra money and tell him to keep whats left over. i used to do it all the time to get cigarettes, blunts, papers..

and if this doesnt work out, STILL DONT USE STRAW WRAPPERS!

get a piece of gum.. unwrap it.. eat it.. enjoy it.. peel the silver foil off of the gum wrapper. throw the foil away and you should have a semi-transparent gum wrapper..

that my friend, is your rolling paper.

make sure all silver foil is off before smokin it.

it still isnt as good as normal papers..

also, try having an older brother buy you papers or something.

Why buy papers at a corner store or gas station?
Go to a headshop.. I've never seen them turn down anyone underage cus they'd lose like 90% of their customers that way. I don't have a problem buying anything in my town

I steal papers from my local grocery store, the manager there is a tight ass, so i dont mind setting him back a few bucks from missing cegars

Try wearing clothes that make you look older (my leather jacket always worked for buying stuff underage), if not try and find someone who looks about 16/17 to buy it for you. Another trick; if there's a trainee on the desk and they refuse you, ask to see the manager and they'll serve you pretty quick to save the trouble.
