www.everyonedoesit.com has seeds, but i dont know how reliable they are with actually getting the product to your house.. i ordered a pyrex from there 5 weeks ago and it still hasnt come...

you could also just take seeds out of a sac of weed you buy.. but only regs has seeds, so youll have to get regs.

and if your dad is down with you growin, just ask him where to find seeds..
