Hey i just got a Dell but i dont know what version. anyway since a lot of you seem to know a lot about computers, how do i get pictures on the computer? my brother has like 2 webcams but we cant figure them out! i really want to get a picture of myself on here.

oh yeah the computer has this Dell Picture Studio thing that i dont know how to work. and its XP if that helps. my last computer was a Compact on Windows 98 and it was a piece of shit.

any help will be much appreciated.

What type of cams are they, and how do they port to the computer (USB Im guessing?)

You don't even need to use that Dell whatevermathing...... What OS are you running?

oh XP I knew that

Start -> Control Panel -> Scanners and Cameras

This will open up a folder with info about your cam hardware. Just find whichever cam you want to use and set it up.

are there any built in photo-programs built into windows, or... HP pavillion5000 ? or do i have to download that shits, and where ?

if you have the latest copy of windows 2000 or xp you should just plug in your cam and it will just get picked up automatacly, then you what ever art package > open twain

you need to use a digital camera and then put it on upload the pictures onto your computer through a floppy disk or a cable. then you can use the HTML on this to put your pictures online.
