Bloodtests....is this bad?

I've been sick a lot recently and the doctor wants to do what he called simply " blood tests " and he told me to come with "a full bladder" so their also gonna take piss. Of course, last week i smoked almost a quad of blueberry kush in about 4 days...so im sure theres a high concentration of THC in my blood and urine. Here's my question, as long as they're not doing drug tests...just regular blood work, will it stiill show all the weed? And also, do they automatically check for drugs? I thought i heard somewhere that they need someone to sign for it, that they don't just do them automatically. My friend, who also tokes like a motherfucker, had mono a while back and they took blood and he was fine, but them taking urine makes me a little more nervous. I know my parents wouldn't request one if it was like a check box on the sheet, but i'm hoping it isn't even on a form and its a separate thing completley. Can anybody help me out whos been in a similar situation or offer some words of wisdom?

he's obviously not testing for substances, it's a routine blood test to look for parasites. Don't even worry about it...

Also I think the results would be confidential anyway unless it was a specific drug test. So even if they did find loadsa THC in your blood or whatever, then they wouldn't tell your parents or anyone else.

blood tests are usually things like liver, kidney function tests.....they may do a blood count also....with the piss they are screening your kidney function or maybe testing it for bacteria if you have a bladder infection (i've actually performed these tests and drug tests at my old job)

they won't do a drug test unless it is requested.......here when we do a drug test we have to have someone else in the room watching you piss to make sure that it is yours.....so if they take you off to the loos and don't leave you might want to start thinking about panicking
