Proxy filters? Smart filter? help please very impotant.

Post by cutthecashflow »

Allright here goes my mother checked the internet history and she seen this shits so she goes out and gets this thing called smart filter. Well if I try to access this site through my internet connection it is blocked. So i searched for proxy servers and found a few thats why I am here now. I was just wondering if anyone knows any better proxy servers or if anyone knows how to get rid of smartfilter.

I don't know how you get rid of SmartFilter, but if you ever do, next time remember to delete the history every time you visit this site :P

Do a spyware scan on your computer and it should pick up the smart filter in the scan, then find the filter that is trying to hide on your PC and uninstall it  But if that doesnt work then i dunno

Haha I should do that. Only its expensive and I want weed instead. That and I don't live at home, and I know way more about computers than my mom ever will.

You are gonna have to tell me a bit more than its a filter. What program is it, how is it blocked, what error does it give, etc etc etc.

But on general knowledge I'd say, go here:
http://www.mozilla.org/products/firebird/

Get the Firebird browser for windows (or whatever OS you are on I guess lol I was just assuming windows). That will probably bypass the filter.

Do you think if i changed my proxy number this would go around it. 500 seeds to the first person that can help me either get rid of smartfilter or can help me get around it with out all of the bullshit im going through now.

OK i just read some stuff about this smartfilter thing and i found a bypass "I THINK" :P

http://www.peacefire.org/circumventor/s ... tions.html <---------Go here and read everything, they have some software that can enable you to get through the filter :P You can set up a server from another home computer "like one of your friends computers" and you can host off of them, but the software only works with Windows XP or 2000, so you'll have to find a machine that is running either one of these two operating systems. And the computer that you plan to host off of cant have any blocking software already on it like your computer already does.

Have fun! :P
