ok this is a spliff. its a cigarette paper thats rolled into the general shape of a cigarette. normally it will be a cone shape. in the end of the spliff that you inhale from there should be a peice of thin card thats rolled up. the other contents of the spliff are tobacco and cannabis. thats about as easy as it gets for me.

it's a coned shaped Joint usually containg a mix of weed and tobacco so u R stupid both of U.....

a spliff doesn't have to be coned, cocksmoker. a spliff is just another name for a joint/reefer/dub/j.......... i rest my case.
