Resizing Pics?

How would you go about doing so? Because I want to put a picture of me and my new orange afro up in my sig

But yeah, I already have an imagestation.com account, now how do I make the picture smaller?

Go here http://www.kazaalite.tk download it. A lot of people dont like kazaa but it works for me and theres no ads. When its installed do a search for Photoshop 7. you can resize your images with this and also optimize them for the web. Nifty professional graphics tool!!

You COULD just paste the image in MS paint and resize it from there...

Not always. Those with NT5 or under don't have the recent version of paint, though you can get it.

Lol, thanks for the help, I have already had both Kazaa lite K++ and Photoshop 7 for awhile now. I think I'll let Tarential do my dirty work though, I'm so lazy
