A lung is a large fraction of a plastic bottle, with a plastic bag attached to the bottom of it The gauze sits in the mouthpiece. As you light the weed, slowly pull the bag out of the bottom of the bottle, so that it all creams up with smoke. Once it's creamed up, remove the gauze and take a hit.
