Ugh I just got my "N" and im driving a few girls around on the way to a party, anyways we get out in the country and i crank the music really loud and try to see how fast i can go, just my luck that a cop should be sitting on a little crossroad and pulls me over. Anyways he makes us all get out and he searches the car, finds a 2/6 of Jack Daniels and three 6packs of Ironhorse ( best beer ever!) and tells me he is gonna have to take them. I didnt let go and said "You're not takin these, you gotaa pour them out in front of me i know the rules." He grabs the bag out of my hand really quick and sais to do as im told and he'll let em off with no ticket. Of course ima dumbass and grab the bag back (lol) and tell him to fucking pour them out in front of me, which triggers him to pound my shoulder against the car. He took off with the booze and gave me a nice $128 ticket.

Hahah that really sucks, but you gotta remember cops like drinkin booze too. If you let him take it for himself he probably wouldn't have given you a ticket.

Personally I would have sliced the ****ers throat open and drank his blood but thats just me

i would have poured them out myself and told the fucker he could lick it off the ground if wanted it. this is why you have a 21 year old in your car at all times

sammy, they only have to pour it out infront of you if the cans are open
items with original seal (i.e an un opened can) is just confescated where is if the can were open its all poured out

quite bad really as alcohol can damage plantlife i think
