There is a lot of talk about Canada decriminalizing weed (upto 15 grams) but they are increasing punishments for growers/dealers....If you are allowed to have 15 grams legally, Where the fuck do they think the weed is coming from?

isnt that stupid! i think its just there way of fooling us... they are really making laws harsher because they can really crack down on dealers and growers now but they make us think they are being loose with the law by letting us have up to 15 grams... its just a way for them to mask what they are really doing...

and eventually it will just turn into a way for them to make money... they will say you can have no more then an oz on you and they wont charge you but dealers will be put in jail for sooo long and they will have stores that sell shitty weed expensive so the government makes money... thats whats gona happen...

legalizing possession won't improve the world in any way. the problem that comes with drugs is the damn dealers, and if it were legal and sold in stores the ghettos couldnt take the dealing route and society would improve vastly. that is why they are cracking down on dealers but as long as it is not sold in stores the dealers will not go away.

OKay let me explain...

See, when they legalize weed it will be legal for licensed stores only to sell and it will be taxed. Illegal homegrowers and sellers will be cutting a fat hole in the governmets pocket, by selling 'under the table'. THis is why that will will be illegal.
You're going to be allowed simple possesion of weed. Above a certain quantitty it will be considered traffic, and then you can be prosecuted.
And then I suppose if they want to take it so far, they could charge you with tax evasion...lol

yeah cops here in florida have nothing else better to do cuz theirs not really that much crime were i live so they take everything so seriously but then when u go down to Miami they either take it or tell u to throw it away or tell u to smoke it all right their in front of them.

I'm thinking most govt's would only allow the cultivation of strains with a fairly low thc quantity. So I guess a black market of "good shit" would emerge, so in effect it would be the same if it's not legalized.

Not that it really makes a difference here in BC. We work on our own little set of rules when it comes to weed.
