when should i harvest?

I have 1 plant and im not sure when to harvest it. If anyone could tell me that would be a great help and the best way to dry it.

Indoors or out??

My prefered method for drying is the following :

You wanna trim off all the leaves and crap from around the buds. Then get a screen and lay the buds on it. It's best if you can suspend the screen in some way, so air can circulate around the weed. You wanna do it in a room that is not damp. You can use a fan to quicken up the drying pace a bit. DON'T use heat.
Don't put damp weed in bags or closed containers until it is fully dry. Otherwise it will mold.

What light cycle have you got it on, and how long has it been flowering?

i don't have any lights, just sits by the window. its been flowering for about 3 or 4 weeks.
