taking a break.....but for how long?

hey guys i need some advice. i'm gonna take a break from smoking 'cuz i have to smoke too much to get an effect & it's hitting my bank balance hard. i'm not sure how long to lay off for though. any suggestions guys?

kinda depends on how much you smoked before. i can pull of a two week break, but i guess it's different for each person. just try and hold off as long as you can, stay away from dealers if possible, that's how i do it when i need a break.

i've been smoking constantly for about a year, and pretty much everyday for two months or so. i suppose i should take a break, college just started again & i've got a smokers cough. thanx for the help bud

Avoid people and situations that will give you the urge to smoke. Like if you always go to the park to smoke, well don't go there anymore. If you hang with smokers you'll eventually be tempted.

I have to take days off due to playing 5-a-side football for non-stop 3 hours every wednesday night. Training for 11-a-side team on tuesday and playing their matches every saturday as well.

thanx for the help guys. i'll quit for at least 2 weeks & see how i feel after that & try & go for 8 weeks. does anybody know if a detox drink would reduce tolerance, cuz it gets everything out of my system?

Im clean because im in rehab ut let me tell you it is actually gets eaiser by the day. Just say like just for today i'll be clean and say that every day until ur ready to come back I can't wait untill 6 weeks from now when I start again

rehab is for those who slip up and get in view of their parents... is it something u want to do man? coz I know this guy who sends himself into rehab periodically just so he gets a fresh buzz when he comes out again

it's going well guys, 3 whole days without weed! went out drinking last nite which was pretty cool. only 11 more days to go, maybe more if i can resist the temptation.
