No offence man, but put 2 and 2 together and you'll realise that the idea's an unlikely one. So yeah, just make contacts/friends, it's the only way.

ive known people that use mail order weed suppliers in canada.
they sell high grade marijuana and marijuana products (edibles, hash, etc)
my friend got budder from budbuddy.

maybe do some internet searches and see if ireland has something like that.

i kind of doubt it tho...
