Anyone Tried Herb Preserve Stash Jars?

I've been thinking about getting an Herb Preserve for my stash jar, and now that they're doing the new special where they are giving away
a free jar with every order, I think I'm going to jump and buy one. http://www.herbpreserve.com

Has anyone tried them? Do they really keep your stash fresh for six months?

I am a pretty casual smoker. A quad lasts me about 3 months, so this seems like a good investment.

What do you think? Also, does anyone have any coupon codes?

Pretty sure a mason jar would do the exact same thing with the added benefit of letting you see your herb.

I guess the premise is the light dries out your weed. They have pictures on the site showing the difference. It's pretty crazy. I think I am going to try it. I'll try to remember to come back and leave a review.

Light doesn't dry out your weed. What, moisture rides on the back of UV rays and hops out of the jar with them through solid glass?

Even if it did dry it out (impossible), you could just wrap it up in light-proof material.

I would say that light probably does have some influence on drying out your weed, if only slight. Electromagnetic waves have a bunch of energy and produce heat, that's what the sun is doing pretty much. BUT I feel like this is a bot/scam poster at least.

Light has no influence on the level of moisture in your weed, but a lack of light will break down the chlorophyll, making it smoother to smoke.

I can't see it making any noticeable difference unless you regularly keep your mason jars in your grow box. Pretty sure this is a scam post, though. I mean, a small jar for $20? Yeah, sounds good to me.

THC is destroyed by light, its not dried out, or anyother bullshit.
