Re: Classic Rock
Early 90's. Not very classic...but still old school.

Re: Classic Rock
Most of my posts in the "What are you listening to right now?" thread are classic rock. I think I posted one early '90s song as well; Pearl Jam's the only one from that era I really like (edit: another blackout post, what the hell is going on? Radiohead's my favourite from the era)
Here are a few suggestions:
Pink Floyd's "Piper at the Gates of Dawn" and "Saucerful of Secrets" albums
Cream's "Strange Brew," "Sunshine of Your Love," and "White Room"

Re: Classic Rock
Wasn't that in Little Nicky? That was a killer movie, but the song's a bit too heavy for my tastes.

Re: Classic Rock
I prefer she's got the jack live, it's a bit more crude
I really like Turn the page with Bob Seger, might not be a typical stonersong. It's a bit melancholy I guess, but a great song none the less
also, Fly by night and Tom Sawyer by Rush are great.
Friend of the Devil, Casey Jones, Truckin' and Touch of grey by The Grateful Dead.

Re: Classic Rock
Alice Cooper - Poison
I'm unsure if this qualifies as rock, or simply sinister love ballad. Regardless, its lyrics and the performance of the horrid Cooper have stuck with me for years and I have often sung along, but with the words a little altered more towards my own sinister tastes...A classic. And what girl wouldn't wish to be serenaded in such a passionate way?
