Mail Order Smoked Food?

Figured I'd throw this out there to you guys, I've picked up a new hobby. Smoking food. I'd love to hear other peoples' opinions on my food from all over the place, and I'm sure you guys would like to eat some really, REALLY good smoked food. If anyone has any interest...I currently reccomend Salmon, Loin Back Ribs (Baby Back Ribs), Pork Shoulder (great for pulled pork sandwiches, and pork tacos). I made all three in the past couple weeks and have worked out a great method for all three. I will vacuum seal the meat (selling by the .5lb or 1lb I haven't decided yet), and then overnight the food to whoever would like some for a...nominal fee


I know this is probably in the wrong section, but I know most of the veterans check out the generally chillin section often.

Normally, I don't give a fuck about food. I'll eat whatever doesn't taste like shit and keeps me strong... That being said, I don't eat "good" food often, but like to indulge now and then... And smoked salmon sounds pretty damn tasty right about now... And dude, It'd be tight to get some good stuff from a WG dude. Let me know how much and we'll talk.

I'd absolutely love to take you up on this eugene, but being in the UK, i doubt the meat would reach me in good condition. Correct me if i am wrong though.

weeeeell, if it's vacuum sealed, I don't really think the condition of the food would be a problem. I'd be more concerned about customs.

I want some baby back ribs and pork shoulder. I have plenty of salmon, but I am lacking in the other two. I will be in contact with you one way or another.
