New expansion bay needed?

I have a seagate barracuda sn 5ya04tzy hard drive, which was in an expansion box, but i knocked it off the shelf when drunk, and unfortunately the usb connecting part snapped off. I have opened up the box, and have the hard drive next to me...and wondering if i can simple purchase a new expanasion bay which will fit this HS and hope for the best when i switch it on. any ideas?

got it...and i am happy to have regained my 1tb HD!
