Definetly a good movie, but the film is ruined by the ending, which bloody sucked.

Well the storyline is about 80% similar, both feature some virus escaping and infecting bunches of people, but I wouldn't compare the movies.

lol thats funny because when i explaind the movie to two of my friends on two differant occasions they both said.."sounds like resident evil". i havent seen resident evil nor do i know the plot of it but i guess its a crappy version of 28 days later so..i dont plan on seeing it

I thought it was pretty good, you can't compare it to Resident Evil. That was terrible.
