Apple confirms display problem with new MacBook Air

ooks like the euphoria surrounding the new Apple MacBook Air has already worn off.

Since the refreshed Air launched two weeks ago, hoards of early adopters (and at least one reviewer) have reported technical issues with the device’s display.

While Business Insider reviewer Dan Frommer has not had any problems with the MacBook Air he bought last week, some users have reported seeing constantly repeating lines form as the screen randomly starts to flicker. Others have had display problems when putting the device into standby mode when the battery level is low, a problem known in the tech world as ‘Kernal Panic‘.

Ive had my Mac Book Pro for 3 years now, works a charm. Can play all the latest games on it still without a problem.

I have a macbook pro as well. I love love love it. Didn't have a single problem with it. However I think they should have waited a little longer to release these new model laptops... test it out, instead of jumping to conclusion and distributing asap...
I think most new technology has some sort of glitch though, however this is more publicized since apple is such a large company. I swear, if it was a smaller company, people wouldn't even have known until they actually bought the product.... and then discovered the glitch on their own.
