Creationism still not eradicated
Man this makes my blood boil, I hope I ever see Ken Ham in real life so I can end his miserable existence.
People like this faggot make me lose my faith in the human species.

Computer games don't affect kids. I mean, if Pac-Man had affected us as kids, we would all be running around darkened rooms, munching magic pills, and listening to repetitive electronic music.

although I find the "evidence" in this video to be laughable at best, I do wonder, what research about creationism have you made to so conclusivly say that they are wrong?
also, this type of discussion is best left alone.

^ the whole idea of evolution has enough research around it to have enough research about creationism, to prove it wrong.
EDIT: watched about half of the video and well, that slide that one dumb ass showed actually looks quite similar to a human, fuck these people are stupid.

"and i wanna tell you right from the start here, I dont believe that dinosaurs lived millions of years ago"
JUST SHUT UP AND GET THE FUCK OUT.
Edit: Every fucking sentence that comes out of his mouth makes me want to slap him even harder, then get up on the stage with him and prove every one of his shitty little theories wrong.

HAHA
I can just imagine Dan coming out of some kind of vampire/ninja hiberation to fuck shit up. We do the "Nutter Call" and all hell breaks loose!
I didn't watch the video...kinda already in a bad mood, not really trying to make it worse.

I watched exactly 1 minute of that video and hit the pause button. When he got to the part where he said God created the earth and humans in 6 days a few thousand years ago, I just smiled. If I met this guy in person, I'd pat him on the head like a 3 year old and say, "There, there...it'll be okay."
So I guess all of the archaelogical digs over the last century or two where dinosaur bones, tools and weapons, and skeletons of ape-like men, were all just some elaborate hoax. What a fucking wanker.

Re: Creationism still not eradicated
Any miniscule inkling of "faith" or "belief in a God or higher power" was snuffed out for me. I don't keep in regular contact with my ex-wife so any news about her or her family I hear through one of my own family members who is great friends with my ex mother-in-law.
I've known for awhile that my ex father-in-law was diagnosed with prostate cancer at the ripe old age of 63. He went for a barrage of treatments including removal of any cancerous tissues, radiation and chemotherapy. Just when things were starting to look up, he became gravely ill again and returned to his doctor for further diagnosis. We found out that the cancer has spread like a wildfire and is now attacking his bowels and has entered his bones. He's currently knocking at death's door and might not make it to 2011.
This is a man who has lived his life to the books, as to live a long and healthly life. He's worked hard; exercised and always ate properly; never smoked or drank a day in his life; and on top of all that, he's very religious and attends church every single Sunday and sometimes more than that.
So where is God now?
If I asked that to a priest/minister or someone else of high standing or education in religious beliefs, they'd give me some bullshit story of how "God works in mysterious ways" or "God needs him for a higher purpose in heaven" or something lame like that.
If someone lives their life the way the Bible says to live it and yet God still infects their body with something and wretched and painful as cancer, then it proves to me that there is no, and has never been a God.

I don't really have anything against religion or religious people, but what really scares me is that these people teach their children that their time on earth, is nothing more than an audition for the afterlife.
