Poutine is only in Quebec as far as I know.

It's a french fries, topped with curd cheese and 'poutine sauce' which is similar to hot chicken sauce. Oh....you all don't have curd chesse either? Well, thats kind of like mozzarella chesse, but it's in these funny little pieces sort
