Defrag

I was trying to explain to a friend via the telephone how to defragment his hard drive. I guided him to the defrag section and he is telling me he cannot click on analyse or defrag...the squares are white and unclickable...the question I am asking is why????? He clicked on all his drives and it was the same

Perhaps it is taking ages to analyse???? If not, there is something truly fucked with his PC. How full is his HD, which he can check easily on XP via My Computer...

Ya his pc was fucked....everything went haywire on it so he went out and bought a new one
