New Forum Style Options....

I am thinking of changing the style of the forums. And if that IS the plan, it must be done soon, as everytime I add in a new MOD, such as the Karma function yesterday, edits are required to several of the Style files. So..to install a new style now, will mean hours of work for me, to add in the required edits for the MODS we already have...such as mchat, karma, top posters etctetctct...

Take a peek at these styles, and let me know what you think please.

The 2nd one, Greenvision, is so awesome. please please please use that one! That one makes me feel like i'm really on the weedguru forums and it's easy on the eyes. i love it.

i prefer the first one, dno, i like the simple things, n it does the job lol

I agree with Nutter, the first one is dope. Some of those choices make my eyes feel as though they are crossing.

the reGreen style is the most simple...I also like the green vision, mainly the title, the lovely grass all over the screen, but the forum title writing in a dark green, makes it hard to read...that could be easily changed to black. But lets keep this moving, and see what others think. Thankyou to those who have already posted.

And only that last of the 3 you suggested, Higher, seems potentially useful to me. The first two are two basic and bland for my liking.

I like Getaway Green and Green Vision myself. The others either seem too common, too... "ad-y" (in the sense that it feels like the site is purely functional through ad profit and design...), or too plain.

the first one was my favorite, after a week or so when it first came around i loved it.

the second one is wayyy to green, it is kind of hard to look at.

the 3rd one was just awful imo.

Presently, I have a preference for the first one also. but its early days. And changing the Style is not something I plan on rushing into. Though the greens of the green vision and the spectacular top section are worth considering. Very weed-like...I just find the forum titles hard to read.

Well...I have made the updates to the template files for the reGreen style, as you can see. And all that seems fucked up are the small icon images for Increasing and Decreasing karma. Which I well try to fix at some point...

I truly love the color scheme and the art on the top of the page, and the change of layout and the contrasting fonts I'll get used to.
