I'll start the ball rolling with a couple of small secrets:

I love to sing and think I'm an average singer, but I never sing properly in front of anyone in case they think I'm awful or being pretentious.

Also I can't sleep without aid from substance because when I close my eyes and think I start to think deeply I start regretting my recent actions and the way my life is heading, which normally leads to 5AM depression... So instead of sleeping like a normal person, I have to drain myself completely before I consider going to bed.
