With SMART always comes STUPID over here in the U.S., if we used weed like we are now if it was suddenly legalized we would just smoke and act normal like we usually do, but then all of the first timers that were too scared to buy some weed when it was illegal will be all trying it out and doing hell'a stupid shit, ya know
