That is a picture of a bud of marijuana, all of it is smokeable because i don't see any seeds or stems. You have to break it up/grind it into really small pieces before you can roll it. And it depends how sloppy you are for your last question, if these were all serious questions.

If you don't own a grinder, then you can easily chop it up with scissors, or even your fingers tho it's more tedious that way.

There's no waste unless you waste it..everything in that pic is smokable.

quick question for you now....how did you get the resin or pollen to smoke if you have no idea what that picture is ?

Unless this thread is a joke, I'd say it's highly possible he/she is from the UK and has only smoked resin as that's whats more readily available over there. The copied pic may just be a reference pic as it's a nice pic.

Before ever seeing weed and seeing someone roll a joint I would have needed to ask the same seemingly dumb questions
