For seeds to sprout?

I planted a plant about 4 days ago and another one yesterday. I think I may have germinated the seeds too long because the thing coming out was pretty big.

It's probably pushing it's way through the soil to the top right now. Just be patient... trust me. It's definitely worth waiting for. If you go dig it up, you will see that you have killed a sprouting beauty! And don't water it at all.
