Drug Test Question

I read the sticky and I was confused on some things. I would greatly appreciate the help.

1)For an employee drug test if you test positive do they fire you and nothing else happens with the law?

2) Would being someone who weighs less prolong or shorten the time THC is in your body?

3)I normally dont smoke more than once per week but if I smoked a ten sack over the next 5 days and then have like 3 weeks till test would that hurt me that much?

Since you don't smoke much you'll pass the drug test...it would probably only stay in you for two weeks if it's just a dime. If you have a fast metabolism then yes it will leave your body faster and just work out maybe every other day then your fine.

It depends what the job is, but nah man for the most part you shouldn't have to worry about that.

Intern as in a non paying job? I highly doubt it.

And if you do show up positive I'm pretty sure it's just employer's discretion, but I don't think you get in any legal trouble, I don't think it's illegal to have drugs in your system.
