O's in Nevada, Legal?

So... i read on TIme magazine whlie i was waiting for sushi that Nevada might be making having no more than an O LEGAL! that would be pretty fucking awsome since i bet California wouldnt be far behind...

ya this is kinda random but if you live in Nevada, i guess its a cool thing

Still illegal under federal law. Not sure how well that's enforced though.

ok like i dont get that???? so... say California leglizes, having up to an O, does that mean that if a copper sees me smoking an O joint hell be like, YAA DUDE RIGHT ON, or can he arrest me?????? or since its federal only the FBI can arrest me?? somone explian

its like that with medical marijuana in cali...its legal in the state i believe, but under federal law its illegal...how fucking high were they when they decided upon this?

i still dont fucking get it??????? so medical marijuana... say they cops catch someone smoking a joint, but they have a medical card... the cops cant do anything??? or they can????

I think that they can arrest you, but they don't. By 'decriminalizing' it they just mean they won't enforce the federal laws.

They tried top legalize it Nevada and Colorado during the last elections but it failed because it didn't get enough votes.

ppl that have the right to smoke medical herb smoke in theyre house

theyre usually ppl that are too weak to go take walks anyways

95% of the ppl that are legal in canada are over 40 years old and they have no life

if u get to the point where u can get medical marijuana trust me life will suck so much that u wont even care about your legal buds

you can get medicinal weed for tons of things now. They're starting to give it to people with adhd. You can get it if you have anxiety, all you have to do is be diagnosed with something like that and say that every time you smoke weed it makes you feel a lot better. So they would probably have you get medicinal marijuana.

November 8, 2006 --- In Nevada, a truly revolutionary law that would have not only legalized marijuana possession for adults, but also set up legal production, sales, and taxation of the drug, was defeated by 56% to 44%. A previous 2002 effort to legalize marijuana had been defeated by 61% against to 39% in favor, showing substantial gains for the pro-legalization movement in the state. If efforts to legalize continue it seems very possible that they could succeed within a decade.

I think it was a referendum, so the people of the state voted it down. Same thing happened in Colorado.

weed needs to be decriminilazed and not legalised

if im not a pot smoker i dont want that strong smell around me when i walk in the streets

decriminilaze it so that does dudes that smoke in public just get theyre weed taking away and end of the story, at some point theyll learn that weed get smoked on your private property

i smoke in parks when theyre empty, i never smoke in front of ppl
and ppl shouldnt do it either, it just gives potheads a bad rep
