Burning Lungs.

Post by Grotmar »

Hello :)

I have just really learnt how to inhale the weed for real, and i got high for the first time, fun experiance. But after every time i take a puff, i get this big chest pain! And especially after i have just finished the blunt. Is this really supposed to happen? This doesnt exactly happen to me with normal cigars, am I inhaling it wrong? Please help me.

Thanks

Not sure if its laced, mabye im doing it wrong....What i do is i take a huge puff, till i feel hot in my mouth, i then sort of swallow the smoke by taking a big breath with my nose, making sure no smoke gets out, and i leave it my lungs for 2-5 seconds, and then i just breathe out, the first and seconds puffs are ok i guess, but when the blunt starts getting smaller it i start to cought real bad, and get enormous sort of burns in my lungs, actually this happened when i tried smoking grean tea. I rolled my own cigs, im not too good at it i must admit. Any more suggestions would be great :)

As a matter of fact, a couple of minutes ago i made my own water bong, and that worked great, no big pains or anything, and i got a nice kick :)

EDIT: Sorry about my english :(

I just can't comprehend how people don't understand how to inhale smoke into their lungs? You described yourself as swallowing the smoke into your lungs...well, if your literally "swallowing" your smoke...you're doing it wrong. Just puff on the joint like you were drinking from a straw until you feel your mouth fill with smoke like you said...then take a deep breath through your mouth...almost make it like a small gasp and it'll shoot into your lungs for sure.

P.S. Your English is just fine :)

your lungs were smoke virgins

its the first time they get intense smoke

if u want that to stop i sugest u ad lil tobacco in it

u wont be choking and it wont hurt your lungs

Filtered cigars will probably be a less harsh smoke than weed. Especially if you have tobacco in your mix.

But really I've never heard of inhaling cigar smoke, so I don't know.
I personally recommend checking oneself for OCD at least once every 5 minutes.

Dont swallow smoke, it will make you feel sick, breath it in.
I may not have tact.
But I have a gun and a clue
And a funny Idea about what I'm gonna do.

If your hitting a blunt, do this pretend your holding a blunt in your fingers, and put it to your lips and suck hard till you hear a like whistle. And then just keep it in your lungs for 3-4 or more. and tada. YOu'll see alot of fakers taking it into there mouth and swallowing it thinking there inhaling it. Yea sure your inhaling a little but not all of it.
