so im trying kava this weekend picked up 1/4 pound of kava powder.

any one have any first hand experiences with it. already read up on erowid

and any recipes?

i never tried the powder, i did try the capsule and liquid form though. In higher doses it makes a decent substitute for green i guess. It's bad for your liver if you do a lot of it though. Just got a general feel good feeling from it. Can't tell you any recipies, i heard you could put it in tea, never tried it though.

after having 3 glasses i felt so dang good, this stuff is amazing
