What da fuck does cleaning your weed mean, flossing and brushing it, or just pulling out of leaves and twigs

I've never heard the term but I assume it means picking out seeds, stems, etc. (Anything you wouldn't smoke)

around here 'cleaning you weed' means making kiff (basicaly putting it into a sepated box, seperated by like, a mesh of some sort, n shaking it about alot, untill all the crytals fall off n thru the mesh, and into the other side, so ur left with low grade bud on the one side and pure crystals on the other
(but thats mainly cos around here, we dont waste any ofit, we smoke the whole thing, so theres nothing to be 'cleaned' off)
