You don't want it being too dry, but it will still work if it's real dry. You've heard of Mexi-Weed, that's just overly dry weed, dirty weed.

i hate it when the weed to dry, like when it just crumbles in my hands. i was tokign with these girls from my work, first time us chillin together, and thefre older. but strangly they didnt know how to roll. so one of them handed me her weed and it was all super dry. it was hard rolling, but pretty good weed. i licked my finger when i was done to get all the crystals.

as for dry weed, i dnt care, dry weed is better than wet weed

I agree dry is better than wet weed but it is always best at that perfect stage, where it usually is. I could ramble on but it wouldn't make since, it would just be my love for the herb taking over my fingers typing on the keyboard.
