I want to grow a plant or 2 but i can't because i live with my mom and in an apartment. If i found a place outside to grow a few plants hwat are the odds the cops will spot it from above. Also i would like to know how many plants there need to be for a helicopter to detect.

Just dont grow. Too much risk involved it seems. If your 18+ get your own place if not.. too bad.

if your growing like..3 or 4, then they most likely won't spot it. now if your growing, lets say 500 plants. Then you might have something to worry about. But 2-3-4 is pretty good for not getting busted by the cops.

yeh mate you should probably wait until you move out, it's up to you though. The problem with growing outside isn't just the cops, it's also other stoners, if I came across a crop I don't know if I could help myself. Anf you say you live in an apartment so it's not a rural area or anything, yeh the odds are against you but let us know how it goes if you decide to !

my mom says a nice way to hide weed in your garden is to dig a hole, and put ur plant in the hole, so it is lower than all the other plant life around it.

Wouldn't it then not get enough sunlight, or grow taller to be able to get more sunlight?

like limit said. would just grow taller than other plants to get sunlight.
