Carpel tunnel

I'm only fucking 17. This is horrible.

Anyone else have this who might be able to convince me it's not so so bad?

I had carpal tunnel from sleeping on the nerve one night...had it for 2 months. Massage your forearm up to your palm and try putting a steamed towel on it to help let your nerves expand and flow.

just take a course of anti inflammitatory drugs.and don't type so much. and it really isnt that bad, dont worry about it.

I had this for quite a while from playing bass. The angle my wrist was at wasnt letting enough blood through. I was 16 when i got it, had it for maybe 6 months before it started getting better. Really isnt as bad as people think. Hope it dont get u too down mate.

Nah, my friend convinced me it was growing pains so I just forgot about it. I also hear a lot about people who got rid of it, so I'm not really worried about it anymore.
