well im not going to say R.I.P. but i do have a few thoughts on top my head on the subject.
1) There are rumors about a outbreak of increased violence when saddam is hunged. It's iraq but how many more innocent people are going to be tortured because of this man??? Saddam wont be involved but his followers will do his dirty work for him.
2) what secrets or other special stuff was saddam involved in that we could possibilty learn about and learned from. Maybe saddam knows something we don't that could possibilty help us. I know getting that out of him would be next to impossible but there could of been a slim chance. The man was living in a rat hole after so he was going as low as possible to stay alive.
3) This was iraq's choice so is it possibile they had him hanged so no secrets could have slipped out. Its a possibilty but is iraq withholding something from us and maybe they are planing something for the future. If so is it a possibilty we are turning our back so we get involved into something else?
anyway just some ideas to throw out, all im saying is just watch your back!

some interesting points TMD but when you say 'it was Iraqs choice' that really means it was washington's choice. The links between Washington and Saddam go back many years. I may well create a time line type essay which shows the American/Hussein partnership, from it's conception back in the early 60s to it's culmination early this morning.
As MR Lif once said, so wisely, 'youre a dead man for fucking with american dough'...

I'd say R.I.P....
I mean, he's human. Even us as teens and older desire the kind of power he had. He just had the balls to get up there lol...HE'S the one that kept Iraq stable...between the Kurds, Shiites, and Suni...that's a tough job because look, we have our army there...marines, air force...intelligence scrables everywhere...and yet we are in a losing battle. Maybe when Bush retires he can go rule Iraq. He's good at doing nothing. :p

yes, it musta beed hard to keep it all in check, but also, u cant ignore what he did to keep it in check, torturing those who opposed him is not a way to rule, not that i agree with america, britain, n all that goin to iraq, i still think hes dangerous, and a sick individual, theres not many people i will say this about, but hes truly a person who deserves to diePsyclone wrote:I'd say R.I.P....
