I was going to go outside and smoke because my brother went to a friends house, but my grandmother called and will be here in 10 minutes.... what should i do?

why is she coming over? just to grab something? to stay with you? to visit?

If you're going to be around her for a while, don't...if you don't want her to know. If she's just grabbing something quickly, smoke and behave haha or just wait till she's gone.

Yeah man but some people have really strict parents (or in this case grandparents?) when it comes to pot, so really that's not too stupid of a question.

If I were you I'd just take a walk around the block and smoke, but it depends on how good you are at acting straight when you're high.

Alright, I think it's good I didn't because she needed me to help her take some stuff to church for their garage sale and there were some people there who i know wouldn't smoke weed if their life depended on it... I'm going to do it tomorrow when my brother's at a friends house.

grandmothers tend to not notice things mine never notice stuff the simple fact that there old helps and u dont even have to talk to her
like without ur parents u can just hide from her and not talk to her then when ur high is wearing off then u can talk her if u feel like it

Agreed, but the point I was trying to make is that none of us know this guys grandmother better than he does. So how the hell are we suppose to answer him? We don't know what his situation is, where he's going to smoke, or how long she's going to be there.
