Hey, I was wondering if some of you guys could help me with a legal issue.
I study/live in the Netherlands, but my parents live in Belgium. As you all know, weed is legal in holland. In Belgium, it's decriminalised; you will most likely not be arrested for carrying less than 3 grams.
Now.. if I were to go from the Netherlands to Belgium, with 3 grams on me.. Am I doing something illegal? I know it's not completely legal, but carrying 3 grams isn't a problem in both countries.
Anyone happen to know something about this?
