Finding a Dealer

Hey ya'll, My dealer just stopped selling for a few months... and im shit outta luck to find weed. i just moved to Victoria BC and have no idea how to find a dealer haha, would going to a BC smoke shop and asking be advisable? ill take any suggestions except " go on the street and ask bums" thanks ;) ( btw if u live in vic and deal gimme a shout).

P.S. theres a university here... :P
