first question is hash a liquid? and second how can i get or make some "ganja oil".

What you're thinking of is hash oil, it is much different than hash. Hash is in a solid state, a small block of brownish looking stuff (it can vary in colour). Hash oil is a higher thc percentage, a liquid, and comes in little test tubes or jars. you dip joints in it, or dip your weed in it to make it more potent. get it from your dealer, or im sure there are guides online, use the mightly google.

If I remember correctly making the oil is a very dangerous process.

Yeah its preference, some people i know would rather smoke hash than weed, im personally more of aweed man, just cos i dont smoke baccy which limits the ways you can smoke your hash.
