I would like to know if I could start them off by growing them inside for about 5 days or so to get the sprout and them move them into the ground.
Would this hurt the plant from strain so quick after sprouting?
How much water should I add per day to start them off?
I'm growing them in 2 little old coolwhip containers next to my window so that they are getting morning time sun and then sun for about 12 hours -- I'm doing this so the shock won't be too bad when I move them out.
Can some folks tell me if I'm doing anything wicked wrong or if my plan will work as is ?

take into account that when a plant is uprooted it goes through an initial shock and may need a bit extra water to get acclamated. i think you should wait till its a bit stronger so it's not as stunted by the transfer
