Dominican Republic drug Dealers

I am going to Punta Cana(Dominican Republic) for march break, and belive it or not i have heard that many drug dealers there wear bright yellow shirts. Its kinda hard to belive but iv heard it a lot. Does anyone know if its true or have any experiance from going to the Dominican?

when i was in europe i would look for weed by asking the black guys with dreads. in tourist spot there are often people selling souvenirs on the sides of the road. just look for the guy that looks like he selling souvenirs but doesnt have any in front of him

Some guys sell wooden pipes, just ask them if they happen to have anything to put in the pipes.

whatever you do mr gocht, do it with some knowledge of not only the local customs but importantly the LAWS..in some countries, especially poor countries, there are often agreements between the badly paid police force and the out of work locals which goes something like this:>>>
You ask about weed then get taken to some guy, who either steals ro your shit, or arranges to meet you later. if you meet the dealer later, you get arrested and impirsioned or worse killed, obviously depending on where you are at, i suppose that is my point, just had to get there as usual in a roundabout spiralling kinda way...but PLEASE be careful of the laws and if I was pushed to offer any more excting advice it would be to speak to the tourists who have been there a while already as they would be perfectly posistioned to give some hints/tips or introductions...
