quake 4 cd key

hello, i have just spent the last week download quake 4 at 5kb a second and now the fucking thing wont work. when i try to enter the cd key (downloaded through torrent at mininova.org) it says:
error number 0x80040702
description: failed to load DLL: cd key
any help?

if ythat wont work, goto gamecopyworld.com

and downlad the no-cd patch for quake 4, replace the main exe in the quake 4 folder with gamecopyworld quake patch, play and enjoy

that cd key isnt long enougth, there is still a box free when i type that in. the problem is instaling it so ill worry about the no-cd thingy when i get to that, so..........
any help?

When you put in the Quake 4 cd key, make sure your offline because it trys to log into a server to check it but if your not online it wont. I installed it the other day, wicked game.
